The Design Garden Building
This range of garden buildings offers a wide range of options and would make an ideal: home office, treatment room, workshop or additional accommodation within your garden.
Built using the same design principals as our Executive Garden Building but with a decked veranda across the front elevation only, thus making Design a more symmetrical structure. The veranda with its post and beam structure offers an area that links the outside to the inner space and protects the fully glazed gable from the hottest part of the day.
The pitched roof of the Design Garden Building has a traditional feel. This however is well balanced with its fully glazed gable. This, combined with a vaulted ceiling, offers a more modern internal space that will create the right impression to your clients or offer a spacious retreat for personal use.
As with our Executive Garden Buildings the Design also has a flat roofed option. This is a very modern looking structure that has a low visual impact on its surroundings.
Our Design building uses the same interchangeable panel system and post and beam structure as the pitched roof option. It also has the same size decked veranda across the front elevation, this maximising natural light whilst also offering useable sheltered outdoor space.
With a maximum height of 2.5m the flat roof the Design edition of our garden buildings range will in most cases fall within permitted development where the building is closer to a boundary than 2m. This makes this an ideal option if space is limited.

All standard options fall within permitted development and we are happy to help with any questions you may have regarding your project. Also bespoke versions of the Design Studio are available and additional features such as bi-folding door systems and roof lights can be included.
